hearthevoices asked: Why exactly do you find centaurs fascinating? I'm curious!

I’ve always been interested in mythology, for the same reason I love scifi, it’s an escape from reality. Something different from the everyday.

But centaurs specifically? I was little and I saw fantasia, I adored the fact that they were these mutated creatures, but were still beautiful. They were the first bit of monster mythology I was really introduced to. Also why I like mermaids. From Peter Pan. Even though they were all bitches.
